A large system integration company – Customer Interaction Platform
Customer was constrained with the current case management solution in terms of features and workflows. The entire employee interactions of the organisations needed a flow through process which is handled by a BPO team of 400+ persons. Every process was unique and integration with several line of business applications was the key.
TTH first demonstrated a proof of concept on Microsoft technologies to the customer. Basis Proof of Concept approval a detailed scope and proposal was developed and the system was deployed in record 4 months. Rostering, De-Duping, API Integration, Workflows and Dashboard and Reports were the key highlights of the solution. TTH team is now supporting the application and porting new processes on the platform.
