Leading Mobile Operator in India – Mobile App

The Challenge
A major telecom provider in the country devotes signifcant resources to customer care and support. The service provider wanted to empower their customers at a click of a button from their mobile phones to do a lof of customer care tasks and service requests which otherwise had to be done through a contact center. TTH suggested mobiles apps for productivity and empowerment as part of an architecture review exercise and developed this application using a comprehensive Middleware framework concept.

Our Approach
The TTH Business team examined interacted extensively with the customer stakeholders to understand the various customer enablement points within the Mobile App. The designs were prepared and integrated with the Line of business applications and functions. Comprehsensive analytics data were gathered on middleware using Google Analytics and a custom analytics layer. The chosen solution has significantly deflected calls from the contact center thereby educing call center costs for the provider and made their empowered customers – Happy Customers !!
The reporting engine in the middleware has also enable a lot of reports and data for analytics

Your Broadband – Mobile App

The Challenge
A Tier2 Broadband Service provider in the country devotes signifcant resources to customer care and support. The service provider wanted to empower their customers at a click of a button from their mobile phones to do a lof of customer care tasks and service requests which otherwise had to be done through a contact center. Most important was checking the feasibility of service in their area for the customers. TTH developed an IOS based Mobile SelfCare App for the customer.

Our Approach
The design was finalised basis an existing Android App. Google Analytics was integrated into the App with various Billing and CRM APIs of the customer. The App was deployed in a record time of 4 weeks on the Appstore.

A Large Infrastructure Company – Mobile App and Admin Portal

The Challenge
A 4bn dollar infrastrcuture company wanted to digitise their reporting to customers for large tenders and show them progress on various projects so that they get a first hand update on their projects remotely. The projects are carried out in areas where connectivity was a challenge. The project was to develop and online offline app which site managers can click pictures and send real-time updates on various projects to the back office and to the end customers.

Our Approach
TTH Business teams interacted with various customer stakeholders and business stakeholders of the customer including their Marketing and Sales teams to understand the key success factors. Basis the same the designs were created and the application, middleware and portal were developed. The project was delivered to the customer in 12 weeks.

The Challenge
Licensing Software and ensuring licenses software are used in organisations are a big issues organisations are facing. Software Licensing is a big cost and ensuring that organisations are compliant to licensing agreements is the endeavour of every Technical and supply chain organisation.

TTH developed this solution to the specifications of the customer. The solution was developed using Microsoft Technologies and the discover tool were developed as a remote tool, cloud tool and client server tool. TTH developed and handed over the software to client.

Customer is a learning solutions company and was looking for a partner to understand and rapidly develop, deploy and customise software for their client needs.

The Challenge
Customer was constrained with the current case management solution in terms of features and workflows. The entire employee interactions of the organisations needed a flow through process which is handled by a BPO team of 400+ persons. Every process was unique and integration with several line of business applications was the key.

Our Approach
TTH first demonstrated a proof of concept on Microsoft technologies to the customer. Basis Proof of Concept approval a detailed scope and proposal was developed and the system was deployed in record 4 months. Rostering, De-Duping, API Integration, Workflows and Dashboard and Reports were the key highlights of the solution. TTH team is now supporting the application and porting new processes on the platform.
